Beef short ribs on the bone are a special roasting dish for the oven or to smoke on the barbecue.
An explosion of flavour as the bone releases flavour, and as the fat reduces and coarses through the roast. This product is conveniently pre-seasoned with coarse salt, crushed black pepper and dried bellpeppers. Cook covered for 3-3.5 hours, and consider adding smoking chips for additional flavour.
