We use South African grass-fed beef, seasoned and cured with garlic, paprika & masala to make this delicious and healthy snack. Our team has over 50 years of experience in biltong making.

Beef (320g of Beef used for 100g of Biltong), Cider Vinegar, Salt, Dextrose, Paprika, Dried Garlic, Yeast Extract, Cumin, Starch (corn or tapioca), Spices, Dried Parsley, Flavourings*. May contain irradiated ingredients.

We recommend you store biltong in the fridge or freezer and consume before the best before date, however it is made to be stored as an ambient / room-temperature snack. Take your biltong out the freezer about 30 mins before consuming. If stored at room temperature, consume within 4 days of opening
