Norbest Christmas Turkey 12-14lb is a young, premium quality Grade-A turkey that is perfect for roasting in kettle barbecues.

Mountain-grown turkeys contain gluten-free turkey broth and gluten-free seasonings through the entire bird. Tender and juicy whole turkeys with no added fats, oils, sugars, or MSG.

State: Frozen, uncooked (Includes Tender Timer for easy roasting. Not suitable for some HK counter-top ovens)

Please book your Christmas order in as a separate order and use the calendar to select the date you would like delivery. We advise selecting 2 days prior to your actual party date.

Book now for delivery in date up to and including 23rd December. Only 1 turkey per customer!

Cooking Instructions (12-14lb needs to be cooked for approx. 3 to 3¾hrs. 14-16lb needs to be cooked for approx. 3¾ to 4½)

Defrost overnight in the fridge and thaw completely before removing the outer netting and plastic bag from thawed turkey.

Remove neck and giblets from body and neck cavities. Place turkey in roasting pan with Tender Timer® gauge unobstructed.

Cover with lid or aluminum foil. Determine total roasting time using chart below.

Remove cover during the last half hour for final browning and to allow frequent checking of the timer.

The center stem of the timer pops out to indicate the turkey is cooked. Verify that a meat thermometer reads 165°F in the deepest part of breast and innermost part of the thigh.

Let stand 20-30 minutes before carving.

Unclamp legs and and remove timer by lifting it by its outer edge.
