Thick-cut Striploin with a thick outer surface fat and marble that will colour to a buttery and rich flavour-filled steak. Similar to sirloin but a more tender and marbled steak.
Apply a light amount of oil and season generously with salt, pepper, dry rub or marinade of choice. Sear and colour on all sides and cook to desired finish.
Pair with a Mushroom, Pepper or Chimichurri sauce
The Striploin steak weight listed is approximate and may have a +/-10% variance. Please let us know if you receive less than 90% of the advertised weight, and we’ll be happy to refund you proportionally. This is not done intentionally.
