An expertly matured grain-fed sirloin steak. These sirloins are wet-aged in a special barrier bag, ensuring a 14-day matured product. Steaks are cut approximately 2.5mm thick of random weight. On average each steak is 250-300g. Maturing ensures a tender final product for the braai. Steaks are packed two per pack.
The Matured Sirloin Beef Steaks weight listed is approximate and may have a +/-10% variance. Please let us know if you receive less than 90% of the advertised weight, and we’ll be happy to refund you proportionally. This is not done intentionally.
