This beef biltong is made the traditional way at our butchery in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. It is air freighted to Hong Kong as soon as it is ready for you to enjoy. We use South African grass-fed beef, seasoned and cured with pepper and coriander seeds to make this delicious and healthy snack. Our team has over 50 years of experience in biltong making.

We recommend you store biltong in the fridge or freezer and consume before the best before date, however it is made to be stored as an ambient, room-temperature snack. Take your biltong out the freezer about 30 mins before consuming. If stored at room temperature, consume within 4 days of opening
