The kudu is an antelope native to Africa. These animals have free-range of the savannah, and are similar to venison (deer) in taste. These animals are naturally lean in fat and our sliced kudu biltong is perfect for any game or meat lover.
This hand-crafted kudu biltong is soft in texture and made using traditional methods and recipes perfected with over 50 years of experience.

Kudu (Game) (230g of Kudu used for every 100g of Biltong), Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Coriander (Irradiated), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Flavourings*, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
*Flavourings are natural spice oleoresins.

We recommend you store biltong in the fridge or freezer and consume before the best before date, however it is made to be stored as an ambient / room-temperature snack. Take your biltong out the freezer about 30 mins before consuming. If stored at room temperature, consume within 4 days of opening
