Cooked Pork Belly Ribs (70%) [Contains: Pork, Water, Salt, Phosphates, Herbs and Spices, Acidity Regulator, Colourant, Curing Agents: Sodium Nitrate and Sodium Nitrite]; Marinade (30%) [Contains: Water, Sugar, Glucose, Starch, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Flavouring, Salt, Molasses, Herbs and Spices, Acidity Regulator, Colourant, Emulsifier, Preservatives: Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate].

Storage & Preparation

OVEN: Pre-heat the oven and place ribs on an oven proof dish or roasting tray. Save left over sauce to baste during grilling. Grill for approximately 15 – 20 minutes turning frequently. Grill until golden brown on both sides.

BRAAI: Place ribs on a grid above hot coals or preheated gas grill. Save left over sauce to baste during grilling. Braai for approximately 10 – 15 minutes turning frequently. Grill until golden brown on both sides.
