We first started bringing in Wagyu Biltong to Hong Kong back in 2017. After some supply challenges due to the accessibility of wagyu beef in South Africa, we are back with this incredible product.
Made with the same seasoning cure as our Original Beef Biltong.
Biltong is the name given to strips of meat that have been cured, spiced and air-dried at ambient temperatures. The traditional flavour profile is a salt-based cure with coriander seed and pepper, however, all sorts of flavours are usually available. This biltong variant is made from Wagyu Beef, and is well marbled, wet and packed with flavour.
Bil – the Dutch word for rump or buttock
Tong – the word for tongue or strip

The Wagyu Beef is South African origin, bred under the Kobe Stud Breeding program in which a stress free, clean environment play an important part in the rearing of the animals.

Wagyu Beef (230g of Beef used for every 100g of Beef Biltong), Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Coriander (Irradiated), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Flavourings*, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). *Flavourings are natural spice oleoresins.
