Made with the same seasoning cure as our Original Beef Biltong.
Biltong is the name given to strips of meat that have been cured, spiced and air-dried at ambient temperatures. The traditional flavour (or ‘original) profile is a salt-based cure with coriander seed and pepper, and made from beef. This original biltong variant is made from Free Range Springbok, and is lean and packed with flavour.
Bil – the Dutch word for rump or buttock
Tong – the word for tongue or strip
