A Premium Biltong Product for the Indulgent Meat Snacker.
We first started bringing in Wagyu Biltong to Hong Kong back in 2017. After some supply challenges due to the accessibility of wagyu beef in South Africa, we are back with a special range of Wagyu biltong products.
Made with the same seasoning cure as our Droewors.
Biltong is the name given to strips of meat that have been cured, spiced and air-dried at ambient temperatures. Droewors or Dry-Sausage is dried sausage, made from the very popular South African sausage called Boerewors.
Bil – the Dutch word for rump or buttock
Tong – the word for tongue or strip
