This is boerewors as it should be.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe flavour is instantly recognisable: warm, aromatic spices wrapped around rich, beefy mince with a satisfying coarse texture that snaps when you bite through the casing. Boerewors is always cooked fresh (never cured like biltong) and is best grilled slowly over medium coals on the braai, turned gently with tongs — never pierced with a fork, which lets the precious juices escape.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe in a roll with tomato and onion relish (a \"boerie roll\"), alongside chakalaka and pap, or simply grilled and sliced as part of a braai spread. Boerewors is also excellent pan-fried and broken up for pasta sauces, or baked in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDelivered frozen. Freeze on receipt.
