Lamb loin chops are the equivalent of a T-bone steak: a small section of tenderloin on one side of the bone, loin on the other, delivering two textures in every bite.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSouth African lamb is prized for its clean, sweet flavour — the result of animals grazing on natural grassland and fynbos vegetation. These chops cook quickly (2–3 minutes per side in a hot pan or on the braai) and are best served pink in the centre. The natural fat rim crisps beautifully, adding richness and flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSeason simply with salt, pepper, garlic and fresh rosemary. Sear over high heat and rest for 3 minutes before serving. Pair with roasted vegetables, a mint sauce or chimichurri.
