Our BBQ Beef Ribs arrive fully cooked and marinated in a sweet, sticky BBQ sauce — ready to heat and eat in minutes. Meaty, succulent and fall-off-the-bone tender, these ribs are the ultimate braai or barbecue crowd-pleaser. Each 1kg pack delivers generous portions of thick-cut beef ribs glazed in a rich, smoky marinade.
The ribs are pre-cooked low and slow to break down the connective tissue, then coated in a glaze of sugar, molasses, herbs and spices. All you need to do is heat them through on the grill, in the oven or on a braai — the sugars caramelise to create a gorgeous, sticky crust while the interior stays juicy and tender.
Perfect for weeknight dinners when you want braai flavour without the effort, or as part of a weekend BBQ spread alongside slaw, corn and cold drinks. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
