Join the Biltong Chief Tribe and earn Tribal Points every time you shop. The more you spend, the more you earn — and the more you get for free.
How to earn points
- HK$1 spent = 1 point
- Create an account = 50 points
- Refer a friend = 1,000 points (see below)
What your points are worth
Every 25 points = HK$1 off. For example:
| Points | Reward |
|---|---|
| 1,000 | HK$40 off |
| 1,500 | Free delivery |
| 2,000 | HK$80 off |
| 5,000 | HK$200 off |
Refer a friend — you both get 1,000 points
Share your personal referral link with friends. When a friend signs up through your link and places an order, you get 1,000 points (worth HK$40) — and your friend gets 1,000 points too.
To find your link, log in, tap the Rewards button in the bottom corner of any page, then choose Referral Program → Refer a friend now.
How to redeem
Log in, tap the Rewards button in the bottom corner of any page and choose Redeem points. You'll get a discount code to use at checkout.
Already a member? Your points are safe
We've moved to a new and improved store — and your full Tribal Points balance has carried over at exactly the same value. There's nothing you need to do. Just log in to your account to see your balance and start redeeming.
Good to know
- Orders placed with a discount code aren't eligible to earn points (you're already claiming a discount).
- You need to be logged in to your account to earn and redeem points.
