Typhoon Signals

Signal No. 3 or below: Delivery service operates as usual.
Signal No. 8 or above: All deliveries are suspended. Your order will be stored in our temperature-controlled environment and delivered on the next available day once the signal is lowered.

Black Rainstorm Warning

Issued before 7am: Deliveries are suspended until the warning is lifted. Orders resume once conditions are safe.
Issued during delivery hours: Couriers already en route will complete their current delivery. Remaining deliveries are postponed to the next day.
Lifted during the day: Deliveries resume approximately 2 hours after the warning is lowered.

Chinese New Year & Public Holidays Tap to expand

We offer delivery on all Hong Kong public holidays except Chinese New Year holidays. During the CNY period, we will announce adjusted cut-off times and delivery schedules on our website and social media channels in advance. Please plan your orders ahead of the holiday period to ensure timely delivery.
