Our Raw Angus Burger Patties are made from premium Angus beef, seasoned and shaped into generous 150g patties ready for the grill, pan or braai. Each pack contains 4 patties — enough for a family barbecue or a weekend burger session. Made in Australia from quality Angus beef with a seasoning blend that enhances without overpowering.
The Angus beef delivers a rich, beefy patty with good fat content for juiciness — these won't dry out on the grill like lean mince patties. The texture is well-bound but not dense, with a satisfying bite that holds together on the barbecue while still feeling handmade. Perfect with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and your favourite sauce.
Cook from frozen for best results: 5 minutes per side on a hot BBQ or griddle, or 20 minutes at 200°C in the oven. For microwave: approximately 1 minute 20 seconds per side. Don't press down on the patty while cooking — you'll squeeze out all the juice.
Delivered frozen. Freeze on receipt. Cook directly from frozen — no need to thaw. Contains wheat, gluten, soy, egg and milk. Check full allergen information before serving to guests. Each patty is individually separated for easy portioning.
