Our Chicken Breasts deliver reliable, quality protein for everyday cooking — the versatile foundation of countless family meals. Lean, mild and quick-cooking, chicken breast is the world's most popular protein cut for good reason: it takes on any flavour you pair it with and works in virtually every cuisine.

Each pack contains boneless, skinless breasts trimmed and ready to cook. The mild flavour makes them an ideal canvas for marinades, rubs, sauces and spice blends — from peri peri to teriyaki, lemon herb to tandoori. Equally good grilled, pan-fried, baked, poached or sliced for stir-fries.

For juicy results: bring to room temperature before cooking, season or marinate for at least 30 minutes, cook over medium-high heat (not screaming-hot — that dries the exterior before the centre cooks), and rest for 5 minutes before slicing. A meat thermometer reading 72°C means perfectly cooked, not dry.

Delivered frozen. Freeze on receipt. Defrost in the fridge overnight. Once thawed, use within 2 days. For meal prep: grill or bake a batch at the start of the week, slice and refrigerate for salads, wraps and bowls throughout the week.
