Jonah Crab Claws — Sweet & Meaty
Our Jonah Crab Claws are pre-cooked and ready to serve — sweet, tender crab meat encased in a satisfyingly crackable shell. Jonah crab is harvested from the cold Atlantic waters of North America, producing meat that's sweeter and more delicate than many other crab species. Each claw delivers a generous piece of white and pink meat.
The claws arrive pre-cracked or scored for easy eating — crack the shell, extract the sweet meat and dip in garlic butter, cocktail sauce or lemon aioli. Crab claws are the ultimate low-effort luxury: impressive to serve, fun to eat and require virtually no cooking.
Serve chilled as a seafood platter centrepiece, or warm gently for 5 minutes in a steamer or 10 minutes in a 160°C oven. Toss the meat into pasta, risotto or crab cakes, or pile onto buttered toast with lemon and chives for an indulgent snack.
Delivered frozen. Defrost in the fridge for 12–24 hours or quick-thaw under cold running water for 20 minutes. Once thawed, consume within 2 days. Pre-cooked means these are safe to eat cold — ideal for easy entertaining and impromptu seafood feasts.
