Klein Constantia is one of South Africa's most historic wine estates — situated in the Constantia Valley, the birthplace of South African winemaking and one of the coolest vineyard sites in the Cape. Their Sauvignon Blanc benefits from cool mountain breezes and maritime influence, producing a wine of exceptional freshness and varietal purity.
Intensely aromatic: green fig, passion fruit, gooseberry and a distinctive flinty minerality from the ancient Constantia soils. The palate is focused and vibrant with a herbaceous edge, racy acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish. This is a benchmark South African Sauvignon Blanc from one of the country's most prestigious addresses.
