The Noordhoek Sauvignon Blanc from Cape Point Vineyards captures the essence of one of South Africa's coolest vineyard sites — overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at the southern tip of the Cape Peninsula. The cold maritime influence produces a Sauvignon Blanc of exceptional freshness and varietal purity.
Bright, zippy and aromatic: gooseberry, passion fruit, green fig and a distinctive flinty minerality from the ancient soils. The palate is lean and focused with razor-sharp acidity, a hint of tropical fruit sweetness and a long, clean finish. This is Sauvignon Blanc at its most refreshing — a wine that wakes up the palate and demands another sip.
The perfect pairing for fresh seafood: grilled fish, prawn cocktail, oysters, ceviche or sushi. Also excellent with goat cheese, green salads and Vietnamese cuisine. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C. A brilliant all-rounder for warm Hong Kong evenings.
